Rating The fan does a terrific job evacuating the heat from the upper floors as well as downstairs. Stand next to a window or in a hallway and you can feel the airflow.
The instructions for the fan are adequate, not really for the amateur to install themselves, hire someone it will save you a lot of time effort and frustration and if something goes wrong you can blame it on them!
It works great and I am hoping that it cuts down our electricity bill this summer so that the A/C doesn't have to work overtime to make up for the heat upstairs.
